Refund Policy:

Once we receive your return, a refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to your bank account or as ROSAMODE Wallet (in case of Pay on Delivery orders).

Returns policy

ROSAMODE follows a transparent "No Questions Asked" returns policy for all products bought from our online store. You can return the unused products you have ordered within 5 days of the date of receipt. Please note that used products cannot be returned. To return the unused goods, please email us at care@rosamode.in and we will walk you through the process till completion. In case of any return, the customer will be charged INR 50/- from the total refundable amount.

Cancellation policy

An order can be cancelled only up to it is in "Pending" state. Once we start processing, it can not be cancelled. You will have to send us an email on care@rosamode.in with reasons for the cancellation. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order You will be notified of the same by email. Note: Any single product in the combo pack cannot be replaced or returned.

 Cancellation of unusual orders

There may be certain orders that ROSAMODE cannot accept, and therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel any order. Some reasons may include errors in pricing, certain issues identified by our fraud avoidance department or any order placed using a technological glitch/loophole, etc. We will notify you in case your order has been cancelled fully or partially or if any additional information is required to ship your order.
